Does the customer need to download an app?
Most modern smartphones can open standard QR codes through the camera, and many can read NFC tags directly. Support varies by device and settings.
Can my card link be changed later?
Yes. The card uses a Legends Time Consulting-managed redirect URL. We can update its destination without needing to change the URL on the card.
Does a scan mean someone has left a review?
No. Opening a review link is not the same as submitting a review, and review submissions happen on the external review platform.
Do I need to manage my own Google Business Profile?
We can often identify a business's public review link without profile administration access. Some services involving account management would require appropriate authorization.
